MERCHANT ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICIES
1. Orders.
Notwithstanding that the British Isles Shoppe may have confirmed receipt of Customer’s order via email or other electronic communication, such confirmation does not signify acceptance of Customer’s order. The British Isles Shoppe reserves the right at any time after receipt of Customer’s order to decline Customer’s order for any reason. If the British Isles Shoppe declines an order, no charges with respect to the declined order will appear on Customer’s credit card.
British Isles Shoppe cannot and does not guarantee the availability at any time of any item listed for sale in the British Isles Shope online catalog. British Isles Shoppe cannot and does not guarantee the availability at any time of particular colors, sizes or models of any item.
2. Payment.
British Isles Shoppe accepts Visa and Master Card credit cards. Please provide the exact address to which your credit card bills are sent. Incorrect information may cause delays in order processing. Charges for any order accepted will be billed to Customer’s credit card upon shipment of the order.
3. Shipping.
All products are shipped via Canada Post using Canada Post rates. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) but please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery after payment has been processed. All shipments are subject to availability.
4. Manufacturer’s Warranty.
All returns and replacements occurring more than 14 days after the invoice date must be made directly between the customer and the manufacturer. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
